Prices Are Now Increasing For Homes on The Costa del Sol

22 Aug 2022

The sale of properties throughout Spain is now greater than ever. Between January and May of this year, more than 70,000 homes were sold in different parts of Spain, which is 12 percent more than 2021. Of these 70,000, 16,000 were sold in Andalusia and we at Alamo Costa del Sol Real Estate have noticed that the Swedish market is one of the strongest; selling more than in several years. The increased demand obviously means that prices are going up and if you want to realize your dream of living and living in Spain, don’t wait because we expect prices to continue to go up.
