  • Email delivery providers: To send follow-up communications relating to your enquiry.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by a court order, legal obligation, or request from a competent public authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before any such transfer.

Where we transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) — for example, to processors based in the United States such as Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. — we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or reliance on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

10. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking Technologies
