Me and my partner Lars, we bought a fantastic apartment with the best roof terrace you can imagine (with its very own bar with kitchen on the large terrace!!) in Arroyo de la Miel in Benalmadena from Per Lindqvist. Everything went so incredibly smoothly, even with the lawyer who helped us after the purchase with all the paperwork. Per is very helpful and knowledgeable. Have good contact even now after the purchase, where we received advice and tips about one thing or another. We can easily recommend Alamo Costa del Sol Real Estate! And we will do that to everyone we know!! The best thing we did!! Agneta and Lars.

I had the pleasure of working with Paula at Alamo Costa del Sol when she helped me with the purchase of a property on their books. She was responsive and determined from the start giving me confidence and a sense of relief that she was my ‘go-to’ person. The sellers were not particularly friendly and kept adding new conditions to the sale, but she wasn’t phased by this and just dealt with each one systematically. We all know that buying and selling property is very stressful so thank goodness I was lucky enough to have Paula there with me every step of the way! Ask for her when you phone in!!
